Our chef introduces you to a range of quality produce, specialities from the Landes and Arcachon Bay plus generous à la carte dishes for foodies.

The enthusiastic team loves to take guests’ tastebuds on a trip to the heart of the Landes with homemade foie gras, duck breast, confit and many more tasty morsels.

Meat lovers can tuck into a “butcher’s platter” with approximately 580g of meat!

Fish fans haven’t been forgotten! You’ll be treated to specialities such as a platter with 500g of fish.

If you want something quick or a take-away, the snack bar is the place for you with pizzas, chips, croque-monsieur, chicken and seafood platters to eat in or take away.

La Paillote bar and restaurant is open daily from 10am.

 

A grocery is open daily (8.30am-8pm) at reception.

The reception’s grocery sells essential products, frozen food, everyday basics, alcohol and soft drinks. Fresh bread, pastries (chocolate pastries, croissants) and newspapers are delivered daily from 8.30am.
